Constantin Font was a French painter, sculptor and engraver. Born in Auch in the Gers region of southern France, he studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris under the academic painter Fernand Cormon.

Font exhibited regularly at the Salon des Artistes Français, where he received an honourable mention in 1910. His work gained further recognition in the early 1920s, when he was awarded the Prix de Rome and a silver medal at the Salon in 1921, followed by a gold medal the following year. In 1935 he was made a Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur in recognition of his contribution to French art.

Working across painting, sculpture and printmaking, Font produced a varied body of work that includes portraits, landscapes, figure subjects and still lifes. His paintings are represented in a number of French public collections and reflect the strong academic tradition of early twentieth-century French painting.
