  • Is it possible to search for artworks on the website? Yes, all artworks can be accessed via the 'Collection' tab in the navigation bar.

  • Is it possible to sort artworks on the website by price? Yes, artworks can be sorted by 'Price low-high' or filtered by Price Ranges: 'Under £1,000', 'Under £5,000', and 'Over £5,000'.

  • Is it possible to sort artworks on the website by size? Yes, artworks can be sorted by 'Small', 'Medium', or 'Large'.

 

Purchasing Art

  • Is it possible to buy artworks directly from the website? Any item with a 'Purchase' button can be bought directly online, applicable to works under £8,000.

  • Do the prices shown on the website include delivery costs or export tax? No, prices exclude delivery and any export tax.

  • What is the total value that can be added to the website cart? Items can be added to the cart up to £8,000 in total.

  • What if an artwork or the cart total exceeds £8,000? For purchases over £8,000, buyers must contact us to confirm their identity before proceeding, as required by AML regulations.

 

Payments within the UK

  • How is payment made via the website online system? Payment requires contact information, shipping address, and card details. Payments are processed through Stripe, and a confirmation email is sent automatically.

  • How is payment made if artworks exceed £8,000? An invoice is issued including the gallery’s bank account details for payment in GBP.

  • Can payment be made by instalments? Instalments can usually be arranged, with delivery once full payment is received.

 

International Payments

  • Does the gallery make international sales? Yes, we regularly sell internationally and provide reliable logistics support.

  • Can payment be made in USD, EUR, or other currencies? We currently only accept payment in GBP.

  • How can international payments be made? Payments can be made via the online system or by bank transfer.

 

UK Deliveries

  • How much does UK delivery cost? Mainland UK  'Standard' delivery is free.

  • How long do deliveries take? Usually within one week, often sooner.

  • How are deliveries arranged? Our logistics team contacts buyers by email to schedule a convenient delivery time.

  • Are artworks inspected before delivery? Yes, artworks are checked before dispatch, though original frames may show minor marks or scuffs.

  • How are artworks wrapped for delivery? Artworks are wrapped in bubble-wrap and a corrugated cardboard box for 'Standard' delivery. Reused packaging may have minor nicks or scuffs. For 'Courier' deliveries a wooden crate is often used. 

 

US and International Deliveries

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, using a small network of shippers.

  • How much do international shipments cost and how long do they take? Standard or Courier options are available at checkout. Artworks are released after payment, with delivery arranged promptly.
